CDC Zombie Apocalypse Survival Guide: FOR REAL!

The CDC has actually published a Zombie Apocalypse Survival Guide. Is this for the end-of-the world on May 21, 2011 or is it for a different doomsday? So many apocalypses, so little time.

The CDC’s Public Health Matters Blog starts with the following on zombie survival:

There are all kinds of emergencies out there that we can prepare for. Take a zombie apocalypse for example. That’s right, I said z-o-m-b-i-e a-p-o-c-a-l-y-p-s-e. You may laugh now, but when it happens you’ll be happy you read this, and hey, maybe you’ll even learn a thing or two about how to prepare for a real emergency.

Do you self a favor and click here to read the entire CDC post, especially the comments. It’s very entertaining, and even a bit informative.

It’s good to know that the people who handle deadly infections that can kill the entire human race have a good sense of humor…or is it?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is located in Atlanta, GA and is a Federal agency of the United States government.
